Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that it is structured according to the journal’s required format. Authors must also complete the Author Commitment Form and submit it together with their manuscript.
For easier formatting, authors are strongly encouraged to use the journal’s sample manuscript template.
To prevent delays in the review and publication process, please carefully follow the instructions provided below.
The title page must include:
• Article title (B Mitra, 14 pt)
• Full name of the first author (B Mitra, 12 pt)
• Institutional affiliation, mailing address including postal code, and contact number
• Email address (Times New Roman, 10 pt)
For dissertations and thesis-based articles, the supervisor must be listed as the first author. The student’s name should appear as “M.A./Ph.D. Graduate of …”. Authors holding a PhD degree must submit a scanned copy of their certificate.
Manuscripts must not exceed 24 pages. Articles longer than this or those not following the required structure will not be accepted.
The title must clearly reflect the content of the article. Short, clear, and meaningful titles are preferred. Titles should indicate novelty and the main focus of the study.
Provide the full name of the first author, followed by the names of co-authors in separate lines. The corresponding author must be clearly marked. Academic rank, institutional affiliation, and email must be provided in footnotes.
A structured abstract is mandatory, containing:
The abstract (both Persian and English) must be between 150–300 words. Each subsection should be concise: • Background: 1 sentence • Objective: 1 sentence • Methods: 1–2 sentences • Findings: a few brief sentences • Conclusion: 1 sentence (no numbers or statistics)
Provide the most important keywords representing the core concepts of the study. The title, abstract, and keywords must all appear on the same page.
The introduction must address the problem, importance of the study, and a concise literature review. Authors must cite at least 25 references in this section.
In a single paragraph (max 10 lines), state: research type, population, sample, sampling method, research tools, validity, reliability, statistical techniques, and software used.
Present findings using tables, charts, and figures (maximum 5 items). This section typically does not include citations.
Compare your findings with previous research—highlight agreements or contradictions. At least three citations are required in the Discussion.
The Conclusion must be a single paragraph without citations, statistics, or numbers, and must summarize the main findings, implications, and future suggestions.
• All references must be in English.
• Avoid using non-Persian terms if a clear Persian equivalent exists.
• Use APA style for in‑text citations and reference list entries.
• For Persian books/articles (original works, not translations) with up to two authors:
after quoting, include the family name(s), publication year, and page number in parentheses.
Footnotes should be used for explanations, definitions, or terms needing clarification. • Persian text: B Mitra, 10 pt • English text: Times New Roman, 9 pt
The English abstract must include:
• Article title (Times New Roman, 12 pt)
• Authors’ names (Times New Roman, 10 pt)
• Abstract (Times New Roman, 11 pt)
• Keywords (Times New Roman, 10 pt)
The structure of the English abstract must follow the same pattern as the Persian abstract.
