Copyright and intellectual property rights related to literary and scholarly works must be fully respected by the journal. The rights of authors and other stakeholders shall be protected at all stages of publication.
Editorial decisions regarding manuscripts shall be made at all stages without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, nationality, or political philosophy of the authors.
All personal information related to authors and manuscripts shall be treated as strictly confidential by all individuals who have access to it, including the Editor-in-Chief, editorial board members, executive managers, reviewers, consultants, editors, and the publisher, except for the corresponding author.
The use of research results, ideas, or materials of other researchers must be accompanied by proper citation and, where required, explicit written permission from the original author.
Reviewers assist the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board by evaluating the scientific quality, content, and academic merit of manuscripts. They also contribute to improving the quality of manuscripts through constructive communication with authors.
Selected reviewers should promptly inform the Editor-in-Chief of the outcome of the initial review, including cases where they are unable to review the manuscript due to subject mismatch, lack of time, or other valid reasons, or when a delay is unavoidable.
All information contained in submitted manuscripts must be regarded as confidential and must not be disclosed or used by reviewers for personal advantage.
Reviews must be conducted objectively, supported by clear scientific arguments and evidence. Reviewers should express their evaluations clearly and avoid personal, biased, racial, religious, or subjective judgments.
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement, observation, or argument derived from other sources must be properly cited.
Reviewers should not accept manuscripts for review if they have conflicts of interest arising from competitive, collaborative, personal, institutional, or financial relationships.
Authors must present their research accurately, objectively, and in accordance with academic standards. Data should be reported honestly, and proper citations must be provided. Authors must avoid unethical, misleading, discriminatory, or inappropriate content, as well as plagiarism or uncredited translations of others’ works.
Authors may be asked to provide raw data, interviews, questionnaires, or research instruments used in the study. Providing public access to such data, in accordance with ALPSP–STM statements, contributes to the transparency and quality of published research.
Submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the authors. Any use of the work of others must be appropriately cited.
Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously, or submitting manuscripts that have already been published or accepted elsewhere, is unethical and unacceptable.
Authors must ensure that all sources, including books, journals, websites, and other research materials, are properly cited in the reference list.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who have made significant contributions to the research are listed as authors and that no unrelated names appear. All authors must have reviewed and approved the final manuscript and agreed to its submission.
Authors must disclose all sources of financial support for their research.
If authors discover significant errors or inaccuracies in their published work, they are obligated to promptly notify the journal and cooperate in correcting or retracting the paper.
